Merchandise will be delivered to your door within 30 days of placing the order.
White Glove Service
White Glove Service is available on select items
indicated with a
. Points indicated include the reward item and White
Glove Service. Our delivery team will bring the reward to your door, unpack it
and remove all packaging materials. You will be asked to inspect your reward and
ensure there are no damages or missing parts. A daytime phone number must be
provided to schedule delivery.
Scheduling an Education Class
- Click on Education for a full course listing.
- Call your academy of choice to reserve a spot in the desired class. Reservations are held for 48 hours. You must inform the academy that you are an Elite Salon and will be using your Elite points.
- Call Elite Member Services at 1.866.849.4095 to redeem the necessary points. You will receive a confirmation number.
- Call the academy and give them your confirmation number. If the academy does not receive a confirmation number within 48 hours of the reservation, your spot will be forfeited.
- If you need to cancel a class you must notify Elite Member Services at least 30 days before the 1st day of class to receive a refund. Points that have since expired will be put back into the account with 30 days expiration.
- No shows will be charged.
