EARNING POINTS
Your distributor is responsible for sending your Quarterly Purchase Form to L'Oréal Professionnel Elite Member Services. Forms must be outlined by brand and by salon. If not received by the following deadlines, your Quarterly Purchase Form will not be accepted and points will be forfeited. Please ensure your distributor has sent in your Quarterly Purchase Form.

Purchase Period	Due Date
1st Quarter (Jan.-Mar.)	April 30, 2008
2nd Quarter (Apr.-June)	July 31, 2008
3rd Quarter (July-Sept.)	October 31, 2008
4th Quarter (Oct.-Dec.)	January 31, 2009

REDEEMING POINTS
Follow these steps to redeem your points:
1. Consult your Quarterly Statement and find out how many points you have available.
2. Fill in the appropriate quantity and corresponding points for each individual item in the Order Form.
3. Mail or fax the Order Form with your most recent Quarterly Statement to:
