If you purchase $25,000 or more per quarter* you qualify for an exclusive level of Elite Loyalty, the Black Level. Black is a level for truly Elite Salons that aims to grow your business and educate your staff.

In addition to our rewards catalog you'll receive the following exclusive benefits:

• One complimentary in-salon education class per year performed by a L'Oréal Professionnel portfolio artist.
  • To book, contact Elite Member Services at 1.866.849.4095. They will issue you a confirmation number. Contact your BDM/EDM with the confirmation number and reserve your complimentary in-salon class.


• Two complimentary tickets to the Soho Academy per year**
  • Call the Soho Academy to reserve a spot in the desired classes. Reservations are held for 48 hours. You must inform the academy that you are an Black Elite Salon and will be using your complimentary tickets. Contact Elite Member Services at 1.866.849.4095. They will issue you a confirmation number. Call the Soho Academy and give them your confirmation number.

To continue to qualify for this distinctive level, you will need to maintain your $25,000 in quarterly purchases.

* You must maintain a minimum of $25,000 in L'Oréal Professionnel product purchases for two consecutive quarters to be eligible for Elite Black level status. During these two quarters, you will earn 4 points per $1 spent according to Platinum reward level qualifications. Thereafter, you will earn 6 points per $1 spent as a new Black level salon.
